Community Engagement Coordinator
Family Promise of Forsyth County, Inc. (FPFC) is seeking a full-time, creative, people-oriented Community Engagement Coordinator. The Community Engagement Coordinator is a new position in our organization and is primarily responsible for reaching at-risk families within the community, introducing them to the FPFC program, and engaging the community in partnering with Family Promise of Forsyth County.
Sustainability Coach/Case Manager
Family Promise of Forsyth County, Inc. (FPFC) is seeking a full-time, people-oriented Sustainability Coach/Case Manager. The Sustainability Coach/Case Manager is primarily responsible for working directly with families who are experiencing or facing homelessness or housing instability; to empower and assist them in achieving long-term stability and sustainable independence and working with volunteers to support this mission.
